Lanette helped me accomplish everything I needed in less than 2 minutes.
Built the worst camper in the world.
- - 2005 Wilderness trailer leaked in yr one, causing black mold and rotting floor; repairs claimed fixed; insurer says no damage seen, seeking liability.
The 2005 Wilderness travel trailer I bought had a bad leak in the first year. It went back to where I bought it and they assured me it was fixed.
It was apparently never fixed correctly I have nothing but black mold all in the front of the camper the floor is weak where it is rotting. I tried going through insurance and they said there is no visible damage it is a manufacturer defect. I feel someone should be held liable for this. I have kept this camper practically brand new and can't get anything for it.
This has been a nightmare I thought it would bring many years of joy not stress and aggrevation.
Please let me know if you can help me. I cam be reached at 845-339-**** my name is Pam Natoli.drpx
Lost my tackle box no response to inquiries
- - Tackle box left at Wilderness North base camp after the flight and never returned.
- - No resolution or apology after months of calls; $700-$800 lost.
July 2007 I flew out of Uneven Lake Lodge after fishing. My tackle box was loaded on the plane but never made it home with me. Somehow it was left at the Wilderness North base camp. I called there the next day, they said they would look. After numerous requests an employee called in Sept. stating he found it requested a detailed content list and stated would mail it to me. After more requests, in Jan 2008 I wrote a letter to the owner Alan Cheeseman, pleading to hear something about my tackle box. NO RESPONSE. I contacted Bill owner of Uneven Lake Lodge NO RESPONSE. Today 6/5/2008 I called Wilderness North and spoke with wife Krista she told me it was not my tackle box they found. Said Alan had spoken with Bill when he received my letter and thought Bill would call me.
Now I am out $700 - $800 worth of tackle never having received even I am sorry!
