Resolved: Terrible Customer Service
- - Dog sweater ordered; supposed to arrive Nov 19, but never arrived.
- - After two emails, only $5.49 was refunded of $51.70 paid.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Ordered a sweater for my dog that was supposed to arrive on Nov 19th. It never came.
I sent two emails asking for status or for a refund.
Finally, I got a response and was only refunded $5.49 of the $51.70 I paid.

I ordered med because it was a bit longer but I cant get it small enough around the chest.
I have been trying to order a small today but we got new cards with different expiration dates and security codes. Your system wont accept it.
