Poor customer service
Poor and insulting customer service. Would not exchange the item for a larger size because the retailer's attached tag, which was still with the garment, had been removed. Again, I was not wanting a refund but an exchange.

Poor return policy and insulting customer service representative. Will not take return of brand new garment because of price tag removal.
