Nanette Allen, owner, sells M.C. kittens. Her company is registered in Illinois, however, she uses a "hobby breeder AKA Satellite breeder to breed her kittens for her. The problem: The Satellite breeder is not registered, is not inspected, is not a legal and legitimate business. That means: anything can be going on at that satellite breeder facility that a prospective buyer doesn't know about.
