- Walk kit from Wild One; harness clips seemed poorly made.
- Clips failed after a week and returns were not accepted.
Purchased a walk kit from Wild One. The clips on the harness seemed poorly constructed.
Sure enough, it malfunctioned after one week of wear - and Wild One would not take it back. They have a 30 day return policy, but shipping about two weeks and included a USPS holiday, so we had under 2 weeks to try the product out.
Very disappointed in this company - they sold us garbage. We will not be back.

Sent to wrong address and they would not help rectify they basically said too bad, you put wrong address but that is not true. I inserted my correct address and their site picked up an old address.
I had already recently received an order to the right address. It was not my error and they did not take accountability for their error.
That was disappointing. Even though I love the products.
Preferred solution: Apology and some or all refunded and replace prod duct. I am not sure how I am going to get it back from that address.

I think this company has beautiful aesthetics but yes quality is poor and the customer service is too. You are right, it is also overpriced. We also were disappointed in a harness we bought, thinking it would last for at least a few months, but it was poorly made and our dog found it very uncomfortable.
I like their merch but yes cust service sucks. You can do better on Amazon, too.
