Horrible Changes Made To The Company
This is regarding wildforkfoods.com I have never been to an actual store of theirs. But the review required an address.
1.
They have decided not to offer Unlimited membership to people in "selected zip codes." This means people in those zip codes now have to pay extremely high shipping fees.
2. Their "two-day" shipping only means they will ship the order in approximately two or three days after the order was placed. Then, it will take additional time for it to actually be delivered, which means "two-day shipping" is actually five-day shipping.
3. Their chat agents take forever to respond to anything.
Even though the chat bar says the wait time is four minutes, expect to sit and wait well over an hour before someone will even pretend to type in their chat box.
4. Their prices have increased to the point that they are no longer worth ordering from, for any reason.

Poor customer service and unfair pricing.
They had a promo for $20 off online orders. Their online payment processing does not support EBT payments - but they are supported in person.
So I went in person - and they wouldnt honor the promo.
In this instance, most businesses would simply enter in a manager code and give the discount. But instead of this, they told me they would not honor the promo unless I used a credit card.
Not only is this rude and unfair, its discriminatory against people using EBT.

Complaint
Customer service representative was able to assist with login email issue. Was not able to change order to pick up and could not fix store access issue.
Store is unreachable and calls keep going to voicemail thats not set up (Dale Mabry store in Tampa) since yesterday evening through this morning. Was able to confirm that order is ready.

My first/original order included a 10-14 lb. Turkey.
It was never delivered.
I was sent a replacement order, but it didnt include the turkey. Thanksgiving is just a week away and now I dont have a turkey.
