Defective product

They (Wild Bills) sold me a defective vape pen and will Not refund my money. Ive not had it long at all. I was told to try and contact the company its self (VooPoo). Joke!!! You cant get a hold of anyone there. Same with Wild Bills. You can not connect with anyone. So, buyers beware. Wild Bills sells *** products and they do not stand behind the sale.

I have left several messages for corporate office and sent a email with no response. I am going to contact better business bureau see what they can do for me.

Your pipe tabacco is horrible

Bad Tobacco !Ive have purchased three machines since August, I bought the T2 cigarette machine in August and it lasted about two weeks, the tobacco Ive been getting from wild Bills In Roseville ruined my machine, I sent it back and they replaced it with a new machine again the same thing happened so I sent that one back and they replace it. Well this machine is doing the same thing so Im sending this one back meanwhile I had to go buy another machine. Why is this happening, I have noticed for the past 6 months the tobacco has been like trying to roll dirt its terrible, Republic tobacco told me that youre Tabacco is the cause! You need to warn the customers about using pipe tobacco for rolling cigarettes will ruin your machine! This is what Im being told by Republic tobacoco ! And we cant use the bottom of the bag cause its like dirt! I know Im not the only person that has complained about it.

Store complaint

The manager has a new girl who checked me out and Id me (no big deal) so I go get my Id and I give it to her and she loses it. I go back in after realizing she didnt hand it back and she proceeds to blame it on me. The manager comes out says they cant find it and too my name and number. After the day goes by I call then to see if they found it the manager then tells me she looked everywhere and checked the cameras. So I got the cops involved and they ended up finding it in a trash can and now IM banned from going in there for them losing my Id and me being upset. This needs resolved immediately. I should not be punished for their mistake.

Rudness

The store in prudenville has a manager that is so rude! I will not be going back in this store until she is gone. I have talked to several people that also agree with she is horrible!

User's recommendation: Never we have two more vape shops private owned they need the mi ey and are polite.

I spend at least $80.00 per month at the store i brought two batteries 8/13 one was 29.99 the other was 19.99 a d both stopped working i charge them and they may work couple hours then they are dead so i have my recipts took them into the store they refused to exchange them or give me a in store credit. I was told because they had couple scratches they couldnt do anything corporate policy well thats *** it everyday use not damaged in any way

I believe this review was posted under the wrong company, as first of all, we do not sell the product the customer posted an image of, and secondly, we are an ecommerce company only and do not have brick & mortar stores, and the customer talks about trying to return the items to the store.

I bought a gravity battery at your store in eastpointe. These are re-branded vision spinners.

Wild Bill whether it is intentional or not you are lying. Maybe you didnt realize you sold them. I don't think it's good service to declare your customer a liar over a $22 battery that you probably bought for $5 in China.

We pay extra for good service convenience and less hassle if something is a dud you should stand behind it and not be greedy. You are not the only vape store in town anymore.
