I came into the Hess station this morning for two simple things some gas and a money order I advised the rude clerk Megan that I wanted gas on 9 and a money order.She told me that the pump was broken although there wasn't a sign and someone had just pulled off.because I was in a hurry for work I told her I just wanted a money order she sighed and rolled her eyes and I really got on the phone with her manager from the conversation that I got from the clerk the manager never unlock the order money order machine by that time she took my money but never printed out the money order so I asked her if she could just void out the money order on her register because I was in a hurry for work,And the line behind me was getting long. so then she asked her manager how to avoid it out of the register gave me the money and told me to get out of her way so she can start ringing up the other customers I advised her that I needed to count my money again to make sure that she gave me the right amount. on my way out the door Megan Phillips said" I apologize for that woman's rudeness!"Really? By that time I was already running late for work Because this rude individual Didn't have her stuff together this morning. I guarantee that that none of my family or friends will be purchasing anything from that store ever again. There was no excuse for her deplorable attitude.
