I have not received an apology for being told they do not compete with Home Depot. They sell the identical item for twice the price of Home Depot .

Home Depot when I asked said they considered Wilco a competitor and would price match them. Wilco not honest with their advertising.

NO HELP FROM WOODPRO

With proper pipe length I am still getting very low pipe temp, very little draw, so I am constantly smoking up the house everytime I try to put in more wood. I am getting NO help from WoodPro as to what I can do to improve my problem.

I would never recommend anyone to buy one of these stoves.

New and improved, BS. I wish I stll had my old stove.

Employee lacks customer service skills

Nothing really happened, we are just frustrated with your employee, Deb or Debbie. We have been shopping at Wilco for years and one of the reasons we keep coming back is because of the awesome staff!

However apx a year ago? we aren't sure, this person showed up at Wilco. She just doesn't seem to fit in like the rest of the staff...she is very bold, over talks when you are trying to speak w/another staff member, she

knows everything of course, and is very rude & annoying.

We were in the other day in line to purchase chicks, the manager came over and I said I need to buy some chicks, he told Deb that he would take ever the cash register and she could get them.

She said in front of all, "I have to help these other customers first, they'll just have to wait" we thought that was a very rude outburst. Instead say, 'sure just a minute' . We hate going into Wilco now and always hope she isn't there!

I know several others that feel the 'same' way about her! I wouldn't be surprised if you have lost customers due to her.

Denied check on 5-10 at Wilco in Oregon

Yep I am one of many pissed at Telecheck. I went to Wilco whom I have been writing checks for over 6 years.

My check was declined and I called the number and decided to ask where the person was that I was talking too.

Guess What............ They were in the Phillipines. I was told I didn't meet their criteria and asked what that criteria was and they wouldn't tell me. Telecheck may be based in Houston but our personal credit information is handled by persons unknown in the Phillipines.

And people are told to watch out for identity theft. What a joke.
