I can't get return info or get anyone to answer the phone I have had had very poor customer service. Please respond to me immedistely

Ordered item in April. Never received item or refund.
I ordered a wig that the company was unable to produce and they have not refunded my money. I have requested my refund several times and to this date have received nothing. When will I recieve my money???? I have tried several times to reach someone by telephone and the number that wigstylish advertises is not a valid number or they just never answer. One message that was sent said that they were having problems with there PayPal but that does not meet my demands for reimbursement of my money. They had no problem with PayPal when they accepted my $306.00.

I ordered a wig May 10,2014 I receive it 2 days ago, It looks nothing like the wig that I ordered. The wig I ordered was short and curly, the wig that I got was long a wavy, very cheap looking, it looks like a Halloween witches wig. Just awful. These people are located in china. The wig that I ordered was 305.00, the packing slip states the value at 185.00. Someone has to stop what these people from what they're doing to people like me and others that is looking for a solution to our hair loss, and these people are taking full advantage of us. Don't let yourself be the next victim, because believe me you will.
Lousy service in filling order & then sent wrong size & colour of wig
This is a shortened version of my experience with this company. I ordered an ordinary wig from them on Dec. 4....free standard shipping. A couple of weeks went by with no indication that it had been shipped. When I inquired they said it was taking time because it was tricky to make (huh?). When 6 weeks had passed I claimed non-received with PayPal and requested a refund of my money. Well, lo and behold, within days of PayPal notifying them of my claim they shipped it by EXPEDITED mail without my knowledge or consent. I never order anything that is shipped expedited because the shipper charges brokerage fees plus taxes on the brokerage fees....which is over and above the normal customs/taxes charges. I told wigstylish that I would not pay these brokerage fees and it would be returned to them and I want a full refund as the wig will be returned to them unopened. Within hours, Customer service emailed me to say if I would accept delivery they would reimburse me for the brokerage fees. Being a trusting person I did pick up the package and let them know I did so. Well, when I got home & opened the package...the wig is not only the wrong size BUT the wrong colour. I tried to open a dispute on their website but the site is set up so that the links it tells you to click on do not exist. I have emailed their customer service AGAIN but really don't expect anything from this company.. they have my money and I am out the cost of the wig plus the brokerage fees of $16.10 (my customs fee was only $10.92). So please beware of this company and learn from my experience DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM IT!

Don't order wigs until you know the business location!
I recently had my hair cut VERY short and became unhappy with how it looked. I went online to see if I could find a good wig close to my previous style for an affordable price. I found what I was looking for at a site called Wig Stylish and although it was a human hair wig, it was only a little over $100. I read quite a bit about the retailer on its website and all seemed ok. A month later and numerous repeated requests for tracking information - which I never received - a package was delivered. The "wig" looked and felt like a dead rodent, as well as discovering that the company is located in China! Rechecking the website, there is nothing to indicate that this was the case. However, there were numerous conditions to satisfy a request for a refund, but most odious was that the customer is responsible for return shipping. This was problematic, since there was no information on where to return it to. When I e-mailed customer service - twice - requesting a return address, I was given an incomplete, incorrect address in China. Ever sent anything overseas? The minimum cost to return this was $59.95 USPS priority mail. I contacted PayPal and opened a conflict with them, explaining everything to them. If you do this, you must agree to accept whatever decision they arrive at. Considering that PayPal lends its cache to this company, I foolishly believed that they would work towards settling this in my favor. I asked only that I be provided with a US address to return the horrid thing to. Well, PayPal finally determined that I would get a refund if I returned it to the China address they provided to me. Since it was good money after bad, I informed them that I would rather burn it.
