Fraudulent - my credit card was used by company employee to purchase ***
I used my card in good faith to purchase a $1200 custom wig and one of the employee used it to purchase ***. To make things worst I was sent the wrong wig and Jean the owner refused to exchange it. After months of sending proofs requested by Jean the owner she would not exchange it. She was abusive, condescending and rude. They take your money and don't deliver. And will use your credit card for personal use. This company should be shut down. It is a scam. Their products are inferior. I spent a lot of money for a quality wig from what I thought was reputable company. Please learn from my lesson. STAY AWAY From this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

I ordered 2 custom wigs totaling $1500. I ordered extra small cap and received extra large capsize. The color too was off as well as the hair density. I took pictures of the wigs and measurements per Jean's request. I sent everything she asked for and she kept asking for more proof as a stall tactic to exceed the time limit for a return or exchange. Her goal is to frustrate you so you would give up. Sorry to say after 2 months of trying to get an exchange I finally gave up and kept the wigs I never will be able to use. Very expensive lessons learned. I lost $1500.

I AGGREE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COM[ANY. I ordered a color ring paid for it and Jean refused to return my money and accused me of staling the ring so i can order from another company, Sent several slander emails and is a total nut case, i paid for the ring and returned was to get my money back, because i took 3 weeks she accused me of trying to figure type of hair and give it to another company. Very nasty....no customer service and they never answer the phone very bad company and would not recommend them

I would have to call this the ever classic "BAIT & SWITCH" Technique where an advertiser puts out the ad & when you respond in good faith & actually BUY the product, they send you something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I had ordered a "Sara, Magic Touch Wig" in what they advertised as BROWN. When I opened the package, I was shocked to discover the color was actually BLACK with red highlights, NOT what I ordered at all. I did not ask for a refund. All I asked for was store credit, which I think was very reasonable. I tried to call the phone # 1-80****-**** & NO ONE ever answers & there's not even an answering machine so you can at least leave a msg. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSNATURAL.COM NOCREDIT NOREFUND! 25.61WASTED! RIPOFF! My email to them: I just received my "sara" wig today. [Magic Touch Collection] I'm sorry but the color is much much darker than expected & I will not be able to wear it. I would be happy with a store credit in exchange. I tried calling this # 1-80*-409-**** but received no answer. I am ready to mail back the wig. Is there any procedures I must follow? Their email back from "Jean" The sales are final. Besides, when you exchange for another wig, you need to pay the re-shipping fee, which is $9.62/wig. And you need to pay 30% re-stocking fee, which is $4.80. Plus the shipping fee you will spend to ship the wig back (you need to ship by Priority in a shipping box), it is almost $25.00. The price of the wig is below the wholesale price. So it does not worth to exchange. When you buy a regular price wig, you can save some money by exchange. But for sales wigs, it does not make sense. Jean.
