Charged To Repair Roof And Did Not Repair Roof

The company came out to fix a couple of leaks at my property. The company came out and supposedly fixed the leaks at the property.The company gave a 1 year leak warranty/guarantee on repairs. The company sent an invoice, which was paid in full. A few days later, it rain again and the leaks were all still there. The company was called numerous times, and would not respond to phone calls or voice messages. So, then the company was emailed, and the company did respond via email. The company stated numerous days that they would return to property and fix the repairs correctly as promised with their warranties.They never showed. And now they are not responding via email. In other words, the company improperly repaired leaks/or didn't repair at all and the company did not honor 1 year warranty that they gave.
