I want to an exchange a wig but I'm having a hard time getting through to the right Department

Don't buy a *** thing from these people

My wife was looking for a wig and went to wig.com. They have nice products. They also lie and *** people as well. We ordered the wig she wanted and waited to receive an email and a shipping email as well. We got nothing. This was 5 days after we had ordered the wig. We called them and got the run around not by one person but by 2 other people. The later 2 were supervisors as well. I finally called back and got somebody who seemed like she had an IQ higher than the other 3 I spoke with combined. I told her that we wanted to cancel since the order hadn't even shipped. Got put on hold. Finally she came back and said the item would ship that day and they upgraded the shipping to 2-3 days for the same price. It turns out that the item did ship that day. Unfortunately, she lied about the express shipping and also the fact I would get it TODAY. The had received an email that the product did ship via FedEx but it's not even close to where we live where the package is. So rather than lose the sale she lied or was probably told to lie by her manager. They are nothing but liars and *** artists. When it comes to shipping the items you'll be lucky if you even get notified. It may also take 3 weeks before you get the item. All this and you're paying for 5-7 day shipping. Avoid this company like the plague.
