Undisclosed return policy change

Buyer Beware. The company apparently changed their return policy and is now charging a 15% restocking fee!! I have been doing busy with them for several years and was not aware a change was being made to the policy. I contacted customer service however they just said that I should have looked at the return policy. I know what the policy was and did not have a reason to believe it had changed. Additionally my most recent order was a Raquel Welch wig and I was returning it because it was not at all close to the quality or style of my previous orders. I really question if its an authentic Raquel Welch item. I will not purchase from them in the future.

Hi Marybeth, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We did change our return policy on February 17, 2023.

The 15% restocking fee is an industry standard for most online retailers, and we will waive the fee if an exchange is made for a new item. We offer free shipping and free return shipping, along with a 30% discount on most brands regularly, a loyalty rewards program, video reviews of styles and colors to provide more details, a large hair loss support group, allowing our members to connect with others who also have hair loss, so they don’t feel so isolated and we work hard to exceed our customer’s expectations. Unfortunately, all of these opportunities to serve come with a cost, so I opted to charge a restocking fee on returns in which an exchange was not completed. If you felt there was a quality issue with your Raquel Welch purchase, we are happy to research this further.

We have a team that checks in wigs and completes a full inspection upon receipt of each item returned to us. I looked in our system and was unable to find an order under the name you left on your review, but if you would like to email our support team and put “Attn: Andrea” in the subject heading with your order number, I’m happy to look this information up for you and refund your restocking fee. I understand and can appreciate your frustrations at a time when prices are increasing everywhere.

Don't order from this company!

This company will send you anything and any color, not what you order. They will not admit when they're wrong. Avoid frustration and buy elsewhere!

I just found that out they ordered a wig called allegro I never ordered that . I’m not understanding what’s going on In that company also got orders mixed up I stopped all my orders ASAP

Never received wigs (2) but was charged.

Sent e-mails, made phone calls (never answered). Never received wigs but was charged for them. It was a sales item
