Cameras are a be trash bait . Zero customer service-
I never heard back from the company. I’ve checked the Facebook page and other social media.
I’m going to their website and even the links on their privacy Page or dead links. I’ve said several emails based on what I could find and messages inside of Facebook but nothing.
Secondly, they arrive in an unmarked package. I didnt know what it was. Thirdly, they did not work. Absolutely did not work.
They are supposed to stick on your house. The one that I did stick on actually kept falling off. Youre supposed to download the app from Apple I found out the app is a joke it absolutely does not work. It has like a 1.3 rating , but of course you dont know that until you get the cameras.
Ive gone to their Facebook page. No one has responded. Ive also gone to their website checked under policies in terms of service page that come up blank.
There is absolutely no way to contact them I tried the Support email that they supposedly have through their website , it has returned and answered we have spent around $300 and cannot get our money back because no one is responding from this company Wi-Fi cam.com I would not tell consumers not to buy. I will tell consumers to run as fast as you can, and never never order from this company or anyone else through Facebook or YouTube because youre probably end up stuck.
