Cannot shut hearing aids off with a button anymore must put back in charger! Charger is ridiculous cannot stand up on its own plugs in from the bottom who thought that one up

In 4 months my WiseEx aids have failed. Today is Saturday and they failed again. So I am forced to wait until Monday or Tuesday before I can get yet another appointment to replace my defective aids
