Complain about hearing aids
Cannot shut hearing aids off with a button anymore must put back in charger! Charger is ridiculous cannot stand up on its own plugs in from the bottom who thought that one up

My WideEx hearing aids constantly fail
In 4 months my WiseEx aids have failed. Today is Saturday and they failed again. So I am forced to wait until Monday or Tuesday before I can get yet another appointment to replace my defective aids
I am tired of constantly having to have a defective product repaired or replaced
