Horrible customer service. Left hand doesn't know what right is doing. After 6 calls to simply get service installed, AND their install staff lying about supposedly calling/arriving at home, they finally showed up today. Of course now they are jacking original agreed upon price. Should trying to add a service ruin your day? I wish I would have NEVER CALLED WOW!

I am tired of having to contact this company because they do not tell the truth regarding monthly payments and how long the rate is good for. We had someone come to our door asking us if we would like to switch cable companies. You will find out this person is feeding you lines and giving you incorrect pricing that cannot be honored. I originally started out with Direct TV...need to write a terrible review for them. Overpriced and they extended our contract because we ordered a new box because the original equipment went bad! Then switched to Time Warner, was with them for many years. Didn't like how I had to bundle phone into my plan even though I didn't want nor need it but it supposedly made my plan cheaper. My monthly charge has increased 101% in 2.5 years since 2/13!! This is for BASIC cable and Low speed internet. Facts: 2/13 $61.75, 1/15 $84.87 -+37% increase, 2/16 $112.11 - +32 % increase, 7/16 $123.67 - 10% increase. I would appear WOW is little more than a consolidator of broadcast services with little or no control over their costs. They have added fees for "Broadcast TV fee" and "Sports Surcharge". I am currently a WOW WAY CABLE customer. I signed up in January 2016. I signed up for Starz and Ulta signature. I called in around March 2016 b/c my husband wanted to add additional sport channels. I asked the rep if I could remove the additional channels once football/basketball season was over and then re-add if wanted. Agent stated yes this was not a problem. Worst service I've ever had. Kept mailing bills to previous address. Shut off phone (not internet or cable) Doesn't call back. Have been without a phone a week tomorrow. Have been trying to get issues resolved since February and what it got me was having my phone shut off. I could go on and on about the way they've jerked me around and outright lied but I could not be polite and do so. I don't blame them for the original phone number... Read more

I have never been so dissatisfied with a cable company as I have with WOW! My internet has never worked properly. They have come out so many times over the course of the year that I have been with them, and this last time they only made things worse. I cancelled my WOW service effective Friday, March 11, 2016 and had an appointment for them to come by on Monday the 124th to pickup their equipment between 10AM and 11AM. No one showed by 11:30 so I called WOW. I was informed that my account was not cancelled and that there was no order for a pickup. Had WOW installed on 8 Feb, called the next day to report a trouble. Had to reset their gateway. Rest their gateway everyday since. Finally it went completely out. Called them today 16 Feb, told they couldn't come till 19 or 20 Feb. was offered 25 dollar discount for my troubles. What the *** is the deal with suddenly cutting to a commercial in the middle of a show segment? Happens a lot and last two nights in a row on Discovery Channel, prettybishops league!!!
