Poor Experience
Extremely poor experience. After three weeks, Royal Mail still shows my parcel leaving London, meaning it never left the UK.
Customer service ignored my request for an expedited replacement or refund. When the shoes finally arrived, they were not true 2E width as advertised but just a relaxed fit, with no 2E marking on the box or shoes.
Misleading product info and unacceptable service. Highly disappointing.

Then today I received an email saying my order had been delivered to the address on the order. I have checked our mail box and all around our home and my shipment has not been delivered.
I again contacted Wide Fit Shoes to let them know my order had not been delivered. So far, Wide Fit Shoes has not responded to either of my inquiries.
