Never spoke to anyone after multiple attempts. Product stopped working after a few uses. The customer service sucks.

Touch copy activation key
Hi, I've just purchased an activation key for the latest version of touch copy, sadly the software is not working on my PC running windows 10 with my ipod touch on iso 4.2.1. The ipod will work with the trial copy of touch copy 16 I have on my laptop. Can I exchange the activation code you sent me for one that works with touch copy 16, all I want to do is retrieve my music from the old device and put it onto the new one.

Droid transfer problem
The one contract I wish to print the entire text conversation from my phone, only displays one page of messages

No way of contacting company
Have used touch copy in past but now it won't accept my phone. No phone to call.
Don't answer emails in timely fashion.
Only says it was received with no indication when they will get back to you. The instructions they supply don't make any sense.

Need assistance to download from my iPhone to my PC Password reset error
