Purchase of a Kitchen from Wickes
Arrived late, components damages, customer services not able to resolve, over 50 calls, numerous visits to the store, store staff not able to resolve and further delays, cost me extra money to get kitchen installed and Wickes tell me they caused no delays. Poor service and moral compass somewhat messed up too and honesty is not the best policy for this lot !

Ordered two tables, one was broken and left in the rain. Told me to ship them back at my expense and they would refund.
We all know this is impractical.
Dealing with bad people. Never again.

Bedroom set
I was just at Wickes Furniture Anaheim, Ca.
I purchase 1 bedroom set and 1 day bed trendle.
Total amount of $1430.55. Sonny was a nice salesperson.
Write a check for $800.00 deposit and clear the bank asap.
I came back to pay the balance wrote a check for $630.55 with a sales person name Kim. He said my check was no good and I to come back and pay him cash. He told me to come back with cash only. I offer to call my bank to clear and he said no cash only to deliver the bedroom set.
Just checking if this person is not your legitimate employee or not. Please check this store for me. I never in my life wrote a bad check.

Made claim for furniture no response recieved
Sent pictures and have claim#155**** for furniture to be cleaned with warranty that purchased with the sale.This was my first claim to this company and was suppose to hear something within 48hrs. Then was told to send pictures of the stains within that period and I did and no response.
I paid for this warranty and I want some results now! Have yet to hear from someone and number given to me is no longer in service.
Want answers or refund of my purchase. I would never buy or give business to this company again.

I purchased a warranty for well over $100 from Wickes on my sofa/loveseat.This was supposed to cover any stains that would not come out for seven years.Over the weekend,our dog jumped on both pieces of furniture and noticed some yellow stains.Not urine,but I think he was just excited.
Anyways,I tried to clean a small area with some cleaner,but it did not help.
I almost forgot about it,but my wife remembered that we purchased a stain warranty a few years ago when we bought these items.I called them today,they asked me what happened.I explained the story,and was put on hold.They gave me a claim number,then proceeded to say that the claim was denied due to the use of an unapproved cleaner.Immediately,I said that the stain was NOT caused by any cleaner,I just tried in a VERY SMALL area,to see if I could remove it.They got real rude with me and said that there is nothing they could do.This company STAINSAFE out of Florida has pulled this *** with nearly 3000 complaints to the Florida Better Busines Bureau.Upon further searches of the internet,I realized how many other people have had NOTHING BUT B.S. from this company,and it is beyond me how it is not shut down.I gave my info to www.stainsafecomplaints.com
I guess there is a class action lawsuit forthcoming.I will NEVER buy any kind of furniture warranty again.I usually don't buy into these gimmicks,but I was sold by the salesperson at WICKES,who should be equally ashamed of themselves for getting involved with this immoral company!!!!

The same thing just happened to my friend. She was told last week that they "would not honor" the warranty she purchased. She is calling the finance company and telling them she wants this taken off her bill.
