Wicked Lasers - Website Review
I ordered the torch off their website and immediately after accepting payment the webpage kicked me out with no order confirmation number and no printable anything. I can't even bring up the order status and my email does not work.
They sure took the money though. Pretty sure I just got robbed.

I used my nanno only a few times . My warranty ran out and so did my laser.
The on off button are poorly made. A 3 dollar cat laser on off button is better quality.

The Torch Flashlight
The mistake was mine for bad mouthing the Wicked Laser company it was a bank mix up on my end so I personaly apologise to Wicked Lsers and to a very patient woman named Sofi..There was a mix up because I caught my grand kids playing with the Torch even after I told then not to touch it ..If used right it's a good product the claims the company has is a fare warning as to it's possible wrong uses .When I returned it for that reason I was angry because of there return policy but that was all my fault and my banks when some one is angry they just don't think rationally that's how we all are I trust..
The Wiked Laes Flashlight
The company is just a big Asian scam I bought the flashlight and had to return it not because it didn't work it actually worked like they said .I caught my Grand children playing with it after I told them it could start a fire .I returned it in the same condition I bought it as but when I try to contact them all I get is my same email that they respond to with no intent to refund my @***.00 I paid for it ..But they said it takes time so I finally did get a response but I said I'll try to be patient .So after waiting three months I think they were hoping I'd forget about it ..This response is just a beginning I'm going to find a way to discredit them..

Our son bought a laser 2 years ago with his own money. I requested a new one - they did not help - i sent back and asked for replacement - never got - son bought one somewhere else - asked for refund - they just keep saying theyre looking into it.
Phone number doesnt work.
This company is unprofessional and a scam. Do not buy from them
Took My Money and Tried to Run
Ordered a 2w+ arctic from them in December of 2015. Kept being told it would ship about once every month.
Finally had SOME movement in March, then was told my order was rejected (after I had asked, no notification from them) and they would give me a refund. More waiting and reassurance that I would get my refund at x date, then x date passes, so now its y date. I had had enough. Decided to do what I should have done a while ago and did a chargeback with my bank.
That refund issue cleared up very quickly. Strange... Terrible experience, terrible company. Plus, at first I had tried to stay positive and was even supporting them on their FB page.
However, once things turned bad and I voiced my concerns they banned me from the page. Order cost was $394.92
Wicked Lasers - Torch Review from Mountain View, California
I placed my order on December 1st, it is now April 26th and nothing. Twenty something emails back and forth, not one real answer.
Had a tracking number that magically appeared in late January, a day after I sent an aggressive email. Usps never actually received the package they just created the shipping label. After months it was still no good. Eventually they said it had been "rejected by customs", even though I ordered the torch which doesn't even have a laser.
They have supposedly resent it, but it's been over 20 days and still no new tracking number. This company is a joke, and any good reviews are a joke as well.
Arctic Laser Review
I ordered an arctic and nano from them back in November of last year, endless emails and apparently there are no managers that work there...because non has contacted me back. Do NOT order from wicked lasers!
! ! Now they say it's held at customs and after several attempts they are not able to ship to me, Why didn't they tell me that before?

14 weeks and I still haven't received my laser
I ordered late november 2014 and, despite several promises broken and several emails that flat out lied, I still haven't received my product. They have shut down comments on their website forum and closed their phone lines to inquiries.
They hardly ever respond to emails and have hundreds of customers who are livid after several months of no delivery. Check out their facebook page and under practically every thing they post there are lots of comments from angry customers who haven't received their orders. Angry customers have compared emails and are finding that they are telling different things to different customers. They have not been honest about the shipping problem.
They had the same problem several years ago so you would think they figured it out by now.
They say they are no longer going to ship to the USA in 2015 so they don't care whether or not we are angry. Pure incompetence.
Ripped off by Wicked Lasers
I purchased a laser via the Wicked Lasers Website on November 1st 2014 for $139.96. I was told to expect delivery of the item in 2 to 4 weeks.
On the 17th of November I received an email saying that the laser had been shipped. The email listed a tracking number and an estimated arrival date. When I entered the tracking number it listed a delivery address somewhere in the Midwest. When I called wicked lasers I was told there was some kind of mistake and they would call me back in 48 hours with the details.
I received no call so I called back and asked again what the status of the shipment was and got the same response. I called again 2 weeks later and asked, and the individuals have no clue what has happened. They claim to not have any ability to track these orders or handle any kind of refund or re-ordering. I have called and emailed several times since then and have had zero responses.
Order was placed on 1 November and it is now the 8th of January. This is completely unacceptable.
If this is not resolved using this forum then I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Wicked Lasers will not refund my money!
We purchased one of their lasers, it was defective so it was returned. They received their laser back but now we can not get our money refunded.
There is no way to speak with anyone at their company, they ignore the emails and phone messages and now you cant even leave a message because the voicemail says it is full and unable to take a message, then you are disconnected from their system. The only contact you will get from this company is when they take your order and your money.
Then you are ignored.
Stay away from this company! They are scammers.
Wicked Lasers
This company has the world's worst customer service department. I ordered a laser on August 2nd, and as of today (Jan 4) I still have not received my laser.
Emails to the customer service are only sporadically answered and their main excuse is "We're just so understaffed and demand has been too high." So now they're "upgrading" my still non-existant laser to a different housing, but what good is that if I still don't have it?
They have lost my order for months, now they find it and tell me that my order number is on the way, but still, not even an order number do I have.
I gave them till the end of this week for action, then I'm calling my card to have them drop the charge. Oh, yeah, one more thing: on their website they state that they don't charge your card until the order is hipped, but they charged my card immediately - FIVE MONTHS AGO!!

You need to do a wire transfer if your card have high security. I don't think they have taken money from you, please contact them if there is taken money.
I will make a wire transfer if your card fails, you can contact WL and let them help you with your problem. If you are thinking they have robbed you, I will contact the bank to make a chargeback.
