Full refund
Nothing phone was turned off, and wicked brick would not allow any messages to be left. I do not recommend wicked brick for any orders; do not use them at all under any circumstance.
- Very hard to get any sort of communication from them at all
- Are a con company that takes money and does not refund if asked

Verified ReviewerNo more than 1 email, thats trying to tell me to remove the protective film, that was already partially removed during construction.

I explained that the item arrived damage and the immediate letter that I got was stating that I need to know how to pull off the plastic for it to be better. Of course I already knew that and that's how I noticed the damage because the protective coating was already partially removed.
And now I got a letter from FedEx saying I have to pay an additional $25 just for you all to deliver to the United States, which I don't understand why that. Wasn't Explained when I made the purchase.
That should have been included with the shipping and handling. Now i'm paying extra money for something that didn't even arrive in perfect condition
Only one reply to my email, and it did not take two weeks; however, I sent photos, and as you can see, the plastic film was partially removed during construction. You can see scuff marks, unassuming from the drill or from the polisher.
It is not in good condition.
It's on the back of the display piece with the character's holographic image. I'm guessing I should check the other two display cases that came with this one.

They responded and said a big *** you and refused to resolve the issue
They are a scam! Do not purchase from them.
I emailed them multiple times and they refuse to email you back. They refuse to fix the issue. And I will be filing fraud with my bank because of it.
They sell cool stuff and it really sucks to have this happen. My son is absolutely heartbroken.
