Have not received mystery box since October 2021

I placed an order in Oct. 2021 for mystery box of jewelry for Christmas gifts. I still have not received it and it is end of January 2022. What is going on? They will not answer my messages...at least 10 emails were sent. Im trying to get a good number...i have sent messages online. I just don't understand dishonest businesses. Well...karma holds no menu.
