In the past ive ordered over 2000$ in bobbleheads from whoopass ent. and uopn orderimg custom bobblehead for a high profile athlete i sent at least 5 emails and 5 phome calls/voicemails.

Not knly did they nkt return one call so i coukd disciss specifics on tbe doll and tell them eho it was for, tbe onky enail Darby returned was the enail sayimg how unprifessional tbey were amd to refund me my money. Never again will i use or recommend these jokes.

I ordered a 299.00 personalized bobble head cake topper for my daughters upcoming wedding. I received the product prior to being able to final approve it.

it showed up looking a mess. It's to late to get another one but I don't recommend anyone purchase a special moment product from this company the communication sucks and all I want is my money back. The experience was extremely frustrating and know one every called nor picked up the phone to address my concerns. I am to embarrassed to supply a photo.

The name might be funny but that's what they did to me whooped my ***. and took my money.

I have ordered a bobblehead for each of the new doctors in our residency program for 6 years now. This is about a dozen dolls per year.

Sometimes, we have to do a few more rounds of changes with one face than with the others, but they are always spot on in the end. When people complain about the time line, I wonder how many corrections they submitted. Of course it takes longer if you keep asking for changes or changing your design. I send emails, they are answered.

I ask for changes, they are done. I never have any surprise charges any others rant about.

My whole reason for posting this is because this year, I forgot to place my order early enough to work with the normal timeline. I sent a quick email and customer service took care of everything to get it done in time.

Yes, there were extra charges for Priority shipping, but I knew that would happen.

Quality was not compromised to get the 11 doctors done in time. My bobblehead dreams came true again this year!

I placed an order on 10/30/15 , paid for expedited processing and shipping (2-3 wks!), and was assured the product would arrive by 12/16/2015. It is 12/16.

NO PRODUCT. They dont answer phones, they dont respond to emails, and they will leave you hanging on chat if you ask them questions they dont want to answer. I chatted with someone 3 times over the last 3 days and was assured my order was shipping and had shipped. My order shipped from china today, the day it was supposed to arrive.

It will not arrive in time for the event i needed it for. Their customer service was horrible, and they had no good reason as to why they had lied about when it was shipped. i was offered a refund of $59. yippeee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they clearly outsource and there is a lack of seamless communication when it comes to the product and therefore they are not able to deliver and all they say is sorry.

you ask to speak to someone on the phone, and they ignore the question and offer you 15% off. haha.

Although Darby was very helpful and the product arrived late on Christmas Eve (it was a gift), the likeness is terrible and the painting quality poor. I did not get a proof of the face, only the body.

If I had I could have suggested a few simple changes that might have made it better. It was of a woman and what arrived looks like a man and not at all like the person.

This whole project cost over $300 for something I could not give asa gift because it was of such poor quality. I feel like I got ripped off.

I love bobbleheads and when I found out that companies on the internet can make you look like one, it was a no brainer. So I choose Whoopass Enterprise after they provided a free mock up of how the doll will look.

I though wow this will be great. Well, it all went downhill from that point. My bobblehead doll sucks. It looks nothing like the mock up they did and now I realized they simply did a photo shop job showing the mock up and compared to the doll it looked nothing like me. Why do a mock up if it is taking the photo I give and cut the head out to a body. So *** and Im so mad at myself for being taken advantage of.

I ordered a doll some time ago and still feel betrayed from their services. The doll I received is really terrible looking, no one knows who the doll is supposed to look like at all, and that includes my family members who know the anticipated person.

They are more expensive than some other companies and say they have a free shipping but it is not free, it is simply about 30.00 more than other companies and when the other company charges shipping it is in most cases less.

The sculpt skill is poor and I virtually gave up as I never was happy. I did speak with a rep..Jackie one time and she was supposed to help and never followed up with me, typical result of the terrible doll I received.

I since used another company for the same person and although the doll is not completed yet, it sure looks a lot better in the body and head proofs I received, not to mention I received them pretty fast unlike whoopass.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Find another company - in the end you will be happier as some companies really know how to make a bobblehead it seems and others, like whoopass simple does not.

this company boasts on providing larger dolls than other companies - the trouble is you end up with a larger piece of ***. The sculpting is done amateurish, the painting would of been better if my 5 year old tried it.

I am so disappointed with this company overall, a big scam. Send them a photo and get back a doll that looks like a different person. I remember 1 time reading on them from there site they made the dolls in the USA, they were the only company and boasted this yet my doll was not made as stated, not that that matter 100% but at least provide a doll that one can be proud of showing, not a doll you never want to show.

I ordered my doll from them and the actual doll received looks terrible. Bad painted lines, bad sculpting.

It is terrible. I called and spoke with a Darby before I took delivery and she said no problem, they will fix the doll so I am happy.. Yeah, well that simply added weeks to my order and in the end, I am not happy.

I think the sample photos they show are from another company because it is not possible to be the same artists that sculpted my doll.

This company offers free shipping however they jack their prices up from all the other companies out there so it is far from free.. do not use them

I have never left a negative review for a company in my life. But, this is a huge exception. If you order from them after reading this, it's your own fault.

This is hands down the most frustrating company I have EVER experienced. Unfortunately, I do not have enough space here to explain the 1 1/2 years -- YES, that's right 18 months -- of frustration!

1. Website is full of lies -- Dolls are made in China and Mexico. They told me that, so it's no guess.

2. Dolls look NOTHING like the quality they display online. Painting looks like it's done by an 8 year old. Logos? Forget it! They are NOT 9" as advertised. They do not look like the pictures provided.

3. The "process" is unbelievable frustrating! They send you a picture and you send back corrections. Seems simple. Except when they send you the supposedly corrected photo, they have either not made any corrections, or done something completely different. It's a HUGE language barrier.

4. Customer service is extremely difficult to contact

6. When I FINALLY asked for a refund, they sent my money to the wrong account!!! They are so inept that they cannot even send your money back to the original source! So, someone else has MY money. I have NO dolls. They are not answering my calls/emails.

7. There is nothing left but legal action.

The process seemed to be fine, until it was actually complete. The bobble head was not an impressive resemblance in the photos, but was alright. I ordered this item a month before I needed it.

The tracking number I received had it delivered to a wrong location. By the time they got it figured out, they could not get me a new one in time for the event I needed it for.

They did give me a "sorry" and a refund, but what I really wanted was the actual bobble head delivered to the right location.

Seems like a simple part of the process. They don't seem organized, and I was in contact with "Gillian" as well. Who I assumed was a real person, but other complaints seem to disagree. I guess I should have done more investigating before I went with this company. I will not be recommending them to anyone!

This is the worst customer service ever. I can write on and on about how much this company is a rip-off and how much sleep you'll lose over the frustration and lies this company fronts.

First off, there is only one person working for the company at the desk. Her name is Darby. There is no Gillian so anything from that email address is incorrect and false leading. If you call the company listing, all voicemails go straight to Darby, dont even bother pushing anything else.

Second, the bobble heads are made in the Philippines or Korea or China or some other third world country and the emails with corrections and pictures come straight from there. THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, so if you have corrections, they are going straight back to the artist, who IS NOT EVEN A GOOD ARTIST, THEY SUCK, and they will not get it right because they have NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE SAYING, EVEN IF YOU SEND A PIC, they just keep changing the bobble head AT RANDOM, trying to get it right.

THEY CANT EVEN MATCH UP THE COLORS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE.

THIS WAS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY, STRESS AND TIME because it was a gift and they EFFF'd it up.

DO BE NAIVE LIKE I WAS -- TAKE MY WORD, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT GUARANTEES THEIR WORK.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you want to ask me specifics, email me and I will tell you the worst of it, but this company is a FRAUD!!!

My husband and I decided to order bobbleheads for ourselves and bridal party as gifts for them. We were very excited about this idea because we're big baseball fans and have a collection of bobbleheads.

Well, whoopass did SUCH a poor job - do NOT order from them! They send you a proof of the sculpted head unpainted so you can give feedback about changes that should be made. We gave VERY specific feedback (because they looked nothing like us), and yet when they sent us another proof, they hadn't done anything! And it's an extra charge each time you ask for changes!

They just sent us a picture of the finished painted wedding couple, of me and my husband, and it looks NOTHING like us. I am Asian, and the bride bobblehead looks like some white woman with black hair. It's seriously comical how bad these look. We are idiots for thinking this was a fun idea, because now we're going to give our bridal party gifts of random people bobbleheads, because they won't look anything like them.

And they don't give refunds.

BEWARE!!!

I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features.

The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked.

When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. I would suggest that if the doll you would like does not look like one of the dolls on their website then don't order from them.
