Never, because they are dishonest! Fool me once, shame on you!

Original review Apr 09, 2024
I am totally and completely pissed off with Whoops underhandedness! I never agreed to sign up with their program, nor did I ask, much less give them permission to send me a free tablet!

Initially, after receiving info from the FCC/ACP that the program is being discontinued by the end of April, I had an additional month to research another government funded program. Miraculously, I came across Whoop which appeared in my inbox, claiming to be a third-party of the FCC/ACP program. Pulling up the FCC/ACP website, I noticed that not once was Whoop mentioned! After finding that out, I went into the Whoop tablet to erase my network info from another company, and was unable to do so.

To keep Whoop out of my business, I was forced to change my sign in name and password. Shame on them and shame on me! I want my $30 back, because they were not up front with me!

FCC and BBB, here I come! PS - Whoop Customer Service is overseas and they are extremely eager to take your credit card information!
