- - Ordered the combo database package with wholesale deals for £100.
- - It was not activated.
- - Cannot reach support; no refund or package.
I ordered the combo database package subscription with wholesale deals which was £100 but they didn't activate it for me. I've been trying to contact them using their contact form, phone number other emails but it either doesn't send or phone doesn't go through.
Very poor customer service!! I still haven't got a refund or my pacakage
