Wholesale Tool Company

2 weeks to 1 month lead time on all products we ordered with no notice from Wholesale Tool. We have to call them over and over to get any info.

Shawna, who claims to be a Vice President, harassed our office for several outstanding invoices for items that were ordered in June that have still not been delivered! She is probably the most unprofessional person I have come across in my entire life.

Someday she may learn that screaming at someone will never get you what you want especially when you are completely wrong. The company and Shawna should not be trusted.

I have bought many tools from Wholesale Tool over the years, mostly from their local store. I have been very satisfied with the price and quality.

The gripe I have with the local store is that the bins for the items stocked on display shelves out front are empty many times, so I leave without some of the items I wanted and it reduces my browsing for items that might be useful.

Very good service and good product. Wholesale Tool has regularly had better prices and better service than competitors, only not beating their prices when the have free shipping.

i placed and order over 2 weeks ago and i just got it today.

after the first week i called to check on my order so they told me that some items were back ordered. They never called me, email me, not a word from them to let me know, they were just gonna ship my order whenever they decided to restock what i had ordered. The lady i tallked to said she would call me back and never did, so i called her again the next day and she informed me that they got in the back ordered items and that my order would ship that day.

i just got the order from UPS today to find that 2 of the items that i specifically asked about (because i needed them 3 days earlier) and was assured that were shipping out that day were still marked as back ordered. so now its been another week and i still dont have the tools that i needed a week ago and the whole reason that i placed the order in the first place.

On top of that of the 3 identical brand items 2 were genuine Crawford/ Prat Bernard and the 3rd was some chinese POS with a super cheesy engraving of "Crawford" on it. So they charged me made in Brittian prices for chinese junk that i could have gotten off of ebay of a 1/10 of the price
