April 6, 2019 - I ordered and paid $350 for a spa cover. April 30 it was delivered. May 5th I started an e-mail conversation with them. On May 18th I wrote back to them: I’m so unhappy with this new cover, I don’t know where to begin. My spa guy has shown me 3x now that the cover isn’t retaining heat at all due to its subpar manufacturing of the center piece. So everyday the heat simply escapes (you can see through from side to side and there are sections throughout where the cover doesn’t even sit on the tub) - today I wanted to use the tub and noticed that already stitching is coming undone along that same center piece - there are foam bulges that look like they’ll pop through the vinyl soon. The quality of this particular cover is really poor...for $350. - they have been responding to my e-mails, and at one point the manufacturer (these guys do not manufacture the covers...they simply outsource) shipped out 2 ginormous foam inserts...for ME to replace - nope, I'm not doing it and my spa guy won't either - he says if they break I'll blame him (he's probably right) - that was June 12th - of course no one will address the stitching coming undone...and I cannot get a resolution to the spa cover at all (today is week 5 since the delivery of inserts). I read my "warranty" and thankfully didn't touch the inserts because if I did...that's right...VOIDS the "warranty" - I've been asked not to file a credit card claim, and have patiently (and not so patiently) agreed. Now their manufacturer is saying they call me all day and get a busy signal. Hello! Really? I have call waiting - AND no one is on the phone. I will be filing a credit card claim. I have no other recourse.
