Radius of round corners
how important is it to be accurate with the radius #?
I'm having difficulty identifying when the outer curve stops
and more importantly does the A dimension stop at the inside
of the tub curve or the outside of the tube curve.
if its the outside of the tub curve is it possible that the radius is 12-14"
it's stated that in most cases the radius is 5-9"?

This product was supposed to last 5 years but lasted less than 2. The purported "5 year warranty" is a sham.
They charge $300 shipping for the replacement cover, plus they charge you a fair amount to make the new one, so to get it replaced under warranty would have ended up costing me just $3 less than what I paid for it in the first place! For a cover that may also only last me 2 years? I don't think so.
I emailed and called their customer service (actually they have you call Prestige Spa Covers, the manufacturer, who are the providers of the so called "warranty"). Numerous emails and phone calls only succeeded in reducing the price by about an additional $40.
Not worth it, and not what I expected when Wholesale Spa Covers promised a "5 year manufacturer warranty" in big writing on their sales page.
I took extra good care of this cover -- left it open as they told me to when adding chemicals so it wouldn't get bleached by the vapors, cleaned the top so dirt wouldn't build up, didn't let anyone put weight on it -- all the things they told me to do so as not to void the warranty. At less than 2 years it is literally letting rainwater through like a sieve. After several days of heavy rain our tub was about 2 inches more full than it had been.
At that point the cover was only about 21 months old.
I had paid extra for the 6 inch foam, 2 lb foam upgrade, insulated hinges, and vapor-proof barrier seal. Although all that lasted only about 21 months, I got no recourse from either the retailer or the manufacturer.
Extremely dissatisfied and will never buy a cover from wholesale spa covers or prestige spa covers again.

Do not order from this company. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone via phone or by email and they ripped me off for two spa covers ordered on May 24th 2021. A total cost of $639.98.

Poor warranty for defect
There was a defect in the cover - per them. I could use warranty but would have to pay shipping.....
Guess what, shipping was almost the cost of ordering a new cover. Will NEVER use them again....

I filed a claim with the carrier because they did not call prior to delivering. They left the item with my neighbor.
The neighbor signed received but not with my permission. If Roadrunner (the carrier) had called there would not be a problem. However, when I found my cover it had a rip in the corner.
No one would replace or make compensation to repair this problem!!!! Do NOT buy from Wholesalespacovers.com or use ROADRUNNER!!!!!!

Decided to order from these guys and so I called to make sure we had the measurements correct. Stayed on the phone with him for 30 minutes.
The guy sent me an email with the wrong measurements and I didn’t realize it at first. After I received the cover, I called them and said the measurements were incorrect and I’d like to return it. He said email me the correct measurements and let me see what I can do. After I sent the email, he replies that it was my fault for confirming his incorrect measurements.
Absolutely no responsibility for his incorrect recordings after a 30 minute call! Terrible service! I emailed back thinking they would at least reduce the price on the new one if I returned the old one. Nope!
New order full price! I ended up going to a local spa place and got the cover. Now I’m stuck with this so called custom cover (which it’s not). The cover is manufactured by another company so the just outsource and say it’s custom.
All around terrible experience. I wouldn’t order anything from them!

April 6, 2019 - I ordered and paid $350 for a spa cover. April 30 it was delivered.
May 5th I started an e-mail conversation with them. On May 18th I wrote back to them: I’m so unhappy with this new cover, I don’t know where to begin. My spa guy has shown me 3x now that the cover isn’t retaining heat at all due to its subpar manufacturing of the center piece. So everyday the heat simply escapes (you can see through from side to side and there are sections throughout where the cover doesn’t even sit on the tub) - today I wanted to use the tub and noticed that already stitching is coming undone along that same center piece - there are foam bulges that look like they’ll pop through the vinyl soon.
The quality of this particular cover is really poor...for $350. - they have been responding to my e-mails, and at one point the manufacturer (these guys do not manufacture the covers...they simply outsource) shipped out 2 ginormous foam inserts...for ME to replace - nope, I'm not doing it and my spa guy won't either - he says if they break I'll blame him (he's probably right) - that was June 12th - of course no one will address the stitching coming undone...and I cannot get a resolution to the spa cover at all (today is week 5 since the delivery of inserts). I read my "warranty" and thankfully didn't touch the inserts because if I did...that's right...VOIDS the "warranty" - I've been asked not to file a credit card claim, and have patiently (and not so patiently) agreed. Now their manufacturer is saying they call me all day and get a busy signal.

Great service
Well I had a great experience with these guys. Quick and good reply's, quick order confirmation. I asked how long and they said 2-3 weeks, so as much of a bummer that is, they at least let me know and couldn't be happier with the service and the price can't be matched (I tried).
If you need a new cover, plan ahead and save for sure. They are like $200 less than anything I could find local in Utah and saves me having to go out and somehow get it in my car.
As for disposing of old one, chop it up and stick in trash can over a few weeks. OR we started by propping it up as a backstop for archery in our back yard, worked VERY well for this and next time i'll offer to a local boy scout troop for this.

Worst company I've ever dealt with
Don't order from this company if you ever expect to receive your spa cover. I ordered this cover and was assured I would receive it in about two weeks.
After two months I still have not received my spa cover. Every time I called they would guarantee me a phony date that I would receive the cover. The cover wouldn't come in. I would call and they would give me another date.
This happened 4 times. After the fourth time they just stopped accepting my calls. I eventually had to turn them into my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. My credit card company is now taking legal action against them.
They said it will take about two months to get it all squared away and get my money credited back on my account.
This company is a fraud. Do not buy from them.

Received cover and it’s not even close to what is pictured online. This company is a joke.
Last time I ordered a cover lift and three were sent without the screws. NEVER AGAIN!!
