Not enough hours in the day for this crap
We need to do a refund over the machines limit. We were on the phone SIX hours yesterday trying to get them to over ride the tiny limit.
Today i called the 1-888 number and they told me to call "Global NORF" which i guess is global north? I called THEM and she tried to give me the other number!
I'm about ready to snap.
Spam calling
On January 22nd a number identified as their fax number called my toll-free number 21 times in a matter of one minute! Since each call is answered by an auto-attendant that repeats three times if no selection is made, the call is "open" for two minutes.
I am charged 2.5 cents for each minute of toll-free usage. This has cost me $1.05 and while the amount is minimal, if it happens again, it could add up.
The fact remains as to why, during business hours, a fax number would make call after call after call for a total of 21 calls is less than one minute (from 8:23AM to 8:24AM).
Stay away from this business. It appears they use questionable marketing efforts!

In short, signed up with them in 10/12, canceled in 2013. Expected early termination fee of $395.00.
Fast forward to 03/2016 (THREE YEARS LATER) they, without any notice, debit my checking account for $1,288.98. I called, they said they audited their accounts and I never paid the early termination fee and OTHER applicable fees. They were rude and would not even offer a partial refund. 3 years later....can you believe it?
I recommend to NEVER do business with this company or any of their affiliated company names they use. FRAUD COMPANY, Can't get a hold of them, rude and treat you like *** when you do get a hold of them.

Ripoff
slowly in creased fees and rates - then ignored emails and would not send statements. when speaking to customer service switched me to some one in sales trying to get me to sign and lease a machine that costs $260.
lease total 5yr was $10,600.Now they deny changing fees and rates #s do not lie People do reported then to ftc and attorney general and ripoff report.Strongly considering a class action lawsuit.
Knut Werpen in englewood fl lied from the start drew a line through $395. cancel fee and said he would wave that he did so in front off two other people whole sale merchant /smart choice wants to charge almost $1400.Do not sign with these people they are connected with Northern Leasing

They made it right we have come to a agreement.
They made it right, we have settled our issues.
I signed with them with promise to save money including the lease payment I am paying double what I was and the device I signed the lease for doesn't work with my phone they sent landline device stating I had to have it for back up they faxed a lease with the landline machine on it I did NOT sign it I have the unsigned document I have to choice but to use the landline machine to process if I cancel with them I have to pay a $1,500 cancellation they changed my contract after I signed it as well.

They took me for over $2000 not counting the ever increasing monthly fees. I could have taken them to small claims court and won easily since they added in things to their copy of the contract AFTER the contract was signed by me!
I still had my original to demonstrate their fraud. When they informed me that they had to switch out my processing equipment, a new contract had to be signed--I never did because they couldn't provide what I needed, and they charged me over $2000 for their equipment that I hadn't been using (they told me was out of date and couldn't be used) and refused to refund the amount even after receiving their equipment. Unfortunately I would have had to travel to Oregon to (possibly) get my money back. They must be close to bankrupt by now.
The word is out that they are nothing but scammers. I consider it a VERY expensive lesson learned! I will NEVER sign another merchant processing contract!
Now I have square and I am so happy with their flat 2.79% fee and zero swipe or monthly fees! Their process and online interface is super easy and keeps track of sales and has options similar to Quickbooks like reports and invoices.
