Sold a Knockoff $25 Part as Sierra and Wouldn't Refund
sold a repackaged solenoid as Sierra brand then accused me of overtightening it during install, causing it to break like an egg. Based their BS opinion on the photo I sent.
basically called me a liar then went No Response when I requested their Sales Rep "JR" run this up the ladder to the Decision Maker in their organization. Shockingly poor customer service.
All over a $25 part. I'm not writing this over the $25, I'm writing this out of principle and to let other potential customers to consider other options.

Bought an item on eBay from them (Wsemarineparts) the day it was to ship they Canceled my order sent me my money back through PayPal and then they sent me a message through eBay for I could buy this motor direct and cut out eBay They told me to send them a check or wire transfer the money and they would send my motor out they told me they were an honest company I sent them another $5936.00 I talked to one of the owners name Joshua , and he said the motor would ship by the end of the week Friday game no confirmation call Joshua on Saturday and he told me it shipped contact and Joshua Mandy and no correspondence, and then I get a correspondence through eBay tell me that wsemarine did not know what I was talking about eBay has all the records and I see they're still letting them sell every dog has his day Plus I had to send my motor and all of its parts and they wont give them back so all I have is a shell

what a bunch of *** imbeciles flakes. They sent me the wrong part and ignored everything I sent them.

Very poor customer service
Bottom line, one agent agreed to take a return back w/o a restocking fee, and the alleged supervisor refused it, once I had the part sent back.....so they sent back to me. When talking with them, they told me too bad, they don't take returns that way and HUNG UP on me.....hard to believe they are still in business.
I tell everyone/all my buddies to drop them - and they are. Too many other great places

Relay does not work
I bought a trim and tilt relay for my boat 18-6823 is the number off the box i wired it in the trim and tilt did work twice the wires got hot on the relay and would not work again.I wired in another 2 relays and they work great that i already had .
Wholesale Marine False advertisement & very poor service
I ordered a Prop from Wholesale Marine. I still not have received my Prop.
I will never order from Wholesale Marine again. 1st, they have false advertising. When I placed it I’m my cart it stated “in stock and will ship next business day”. After not receiving my prop I sent a E-mail and they responded that it was dropped ship and can not confirm if it was shipped or give me a valid tracking number.
2nd, the tracking number they sent is in-valid. 3rd, I purchased this prop from Wholesale Marine. They are responsible for their service, even when it is dropped ship.
This is by far, the worst experience I have had with an on-line store. My Pontoon was scheduled to be put in the water today and had to cancel due to missing prop……

Wholesalemarine.com wont honor onliine price
I shopped and kept items in cart while looking for about 48 hrs, called cust svc to verify prices and was told....if that is what it shows online, buy it!!! so I did...after they had my money 3 days I get a call they won't honor their online prices and blame it on computer glitch....this is why they sell e&o insurance!!!
treat your customers right!!! not my fault if your system does not know your prices...how is a customer/consumer to know?
and why did it take so long for error to be found? seems fishy to me....
