After speaking to several of the associates, one gentleman explained to me how my previous coins were sold back and showed me the date and website used to make that change. Now that I understand how they did it, I feel much better about the exchange. They had been honest from the beginning but I didn't understand how it was done and the way I figured it was incorrect.

WARNING: Don't fall for the line Trump wants us to change foreign coins into American coins. WARNING: I was recently called from the Santa Monica WDM office and was told that Trump wanted people to change foreign coins into American coins. I was told it would not change the value of my IRA portfolio and there would not be a charge to make the change. WARNING: DO NOT DO THAT! They charged a $15,000 fee to make that change after telling me there would be no charge and now my IRA is worth $15,000 less. I am appauled that they would do that and lie to me on the phone. I have demanded the restoration of my account and will sue if that is not done. I haven't met an honest metal trader yet.

Recently, I purchased a number of silver eagles from WCD. No problems at all. The coins were all properly packaged, were as described BU uncirculated and delivered as scheduled. Had absolutely no problem with talking to the representatives of this firm. I have been collecting silver eagles for a long time and have purchased from several other firms as well. WCD is among the best overall and their prices were firmly compeitive. I would have no problem orderingfrom this firm in the future

I made a large purchase of the Canadian Polar silver coins. Everything went as discussed and things could not have gone smoother.

I then did a rollover into a Tradiotional IRA, again, Canadian Polar Bear and Cub, silver and gold coins.

Once again everything was handled very professionally and not one glitch! I couldn't be happier with their service.

Being a foxnews nut, I became interested in moving bank money into something better than the screw job I was feeling getting lest than 1% on the few bucks they kept for me. After their advertisements regarding gold & silver, I went online and found Wholesale Direct Medals and requested info.

Richard contacted me and shot stuff to down the line and my slow mind was open to a whole new ball game that was real easy for this slow old brain of mine could easily grasp.

I got a size-able batch of gold & silver bear & cub coins and my Kids and grand kids are converting their 401k's to gold. Thank you so much, Rick and I am sorry my medical discomforts hindered my doing this for nearly a year.

Wholesale Direct Metals Provided My Best Experience in Gold Buying

This was my first time buying gold from Wholesale Direct Metals. I've purchased gold from three other metals dealers over the past four and a half years, and I have to say, Wholesale Direct Metals was my best experience so far. First of all, I'm a huge fan of keeping a portion of my savings in gold for any number of political and economic reasons. I think the articles on Wholesale Direct Metals' website really nail it. That's what kind of got my attention at first so I gave them a call. I told them about my previous experiences with other gold companies and the Wholesale Direct Metals guy was a straight shooter. I ended up buying some St. Gaudens. I've bought them in the past and have done well with them. Of course, I had done a search for Wholesale Direct Metals complaints, and I saw they had solid reviews at Trustlink, Better Business Bureau, etc. So I decided to go with them. Definitely the best experience I've had. Will definitely do business again.

Patrick, thanks for the post. I saw your post after talking with Wholesale Direct Metals myself.

I always search for complaints when I'm thinking about doing business with a company. Nice review. I ended up getting British Sovereigns at a really good price. I was impressed by the articles on the site, too.

Finally some logic and common sense!

Really good guys to do business with. I'd definitely recommend Wholesale Direct Metals.

sanersonson, I couldn't agree more with your review. I called an 800 # to request some free info about investing in silver.

We had bought a few silver junk coins in the past, but we're ready to buy some pure silver coins. Somehow I was connected with their Director of Trading. Wow, was I lucky. This guy not only knew the market but was able to beat Lear Capital by several dollars per coin.

He was not only pleasant and a pleasure to do business with, he was was the most knowledgeable person I have talked to about investments in precious metals. This guy was terrific in handling what I am sure was a very small investment, compared to the others he handles on a daily basis.

But, he treated me as if he were investing for a family member.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found this company and most importantly the person that helped me. We are working now to do a rollover from a lump sum pension.

I trust this company to come through with the most honest and solid information I could have possibly have gotten from any other company.
