Review authors value the most Website and Discounts and Special Offers. Consumers are not pleased with Customer service. The price level of this organization is low according to consumer reviews.
I’m still waiting on a response from someone about my request
No one has been intouch with me since I did my complaint on the customer service line and I still havent received any information about my account or if I was approved how long does it takes to resolve this issue please help me understand this issue please thank you

Gemmy Trading LLC - Japan
This company has been selling a number of vehicles to the Australian and New Zealand market. A lot of the vehicles do not comply with the standards required by our laws.
The company is under the control of Ms Yuki Suehiro. She is the CEO.
This LLC is about 7 years old and this lady is the buyer of all cars for Gemmy. She is fully aware of what the requirements are for vehicles exported to Australia and New Zealand.
If you read some of the feedback on Tradecarview.co.jp. She have sold rusted cars to New Zealand and also giving false ODO readings on cars shipped to Australia. Please note that this can be a very expensive exercise if you have problems with you car by buying from her.
My company has purchased around 50 units from her now and we have stopped doing business because of the poor quality of vehicles shipped to us and the problems with getting vehicles certified due to rust and accident damaged car. Note - Yuki will only apologise and lie to you stating she was not aware and will try to get it better next time.
THIS WOMAN IS CUNNING AND WILL LIE TO SELL A CAR. YOU AS THE BUYER HAVE NO RECOURSE UPON HER. However you can complain too the IMVDA. They will pass the compliant to the correct people in Japan.
Also note most of the dealers she has in New Zealand immigrant dealers working from the homes in the lower parts of Auckland.
These are the reasons not to do business with Gemmy.
1/ You will be lied to.
2/ Shipping is delayed.
3/ Documents are delayed.
4/ Rusty cars.
5/ Possible ODO windback.
6/ No legal recourse.
7/ Gemmy will not honour any compliance issues.
8/ In some cases she will sell the same vehicle twice.
Its the old story buyer beware and this is one Japanese exporter to beware of.
