My order number is 15291 Ive called and no answer. Im about ready to just cancel this and find another dealer. This was started may 6th if you could reach out to them to let me know the status that would be great.

8 weeks get my situation finally done & I he'd to always call them to get this resolved even had to scare them when I told a Mrs.Beverly in who is the Manager that I would call the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION & file a complaint against them & file another one with the B.B.B. & then file a lawsuit with my lawyer

This company is a joke they run wholesale go kart too. And they just run you through the a process until you have legit threats against them.

I had to put my lawyer on them they never sent shipping and they never responded. And they took down there otherwebsite.

Ive turned them in. Terrible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bad Customer Service, Equipment and Assembly

I ordered a TK200Gk-10. I received the Go-kart on Thursday, August 5, 2021, with no paperwork except the wrong paperwork that belong to someone in Pennsylvania. I called Wholesale on Friday, August 6, 2021, to make sure that this was my Go-kart and talked with the customer service manager Hannah. She said, It was, and would I forward the other paperwork to that customer. I had only inspected the top of the Go-kart and told her about the overhead lights being broken. Saturday looked at the go-kart and rode it after it started coming apart. Called back Monday, August 9th and Hannah said I had to complete the Warranty Form Here are the problems:Overhead lights broken and not installed correctlyBolt missing out of the steering wheel columnPassenger side mirror installed wrongHorn doesnt work Drivers seat not installed correctly or broken Gas line came unattachedBasket not attached correctlyGas tank came off not attached correctly with bolts and screwsReplacement parts requested for coverage. If you do not know please describe the parts needed: Do not want replacement parts I wanted my money back. I have called several times nobody ever answers the telephone. When finally got someone, I have talked to the Sales Manager and the Service Manager and no help. I emailed them after I have not heard from the company again on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, and I have not heard from them. They have horrible customer service. I ordered the go-kart and Wholesale ATV in Memphis put it together, but I got to file a warranty claim. It is now Thursday, October 21, 2021, I have not heard back from anyone. I paid over four thousand dollars for a go-kart that is coming apart. Nobody needs to do business with his company. They treat people wrong.

Placed order and have emailed them 9x!! Communication was slow response in the beginning but at least there was some! Haven't heard one thing since Nov. 2020... Item is paid for in full.
