Only refunded 1/2 of charges when I told them they had never told me that I would be charged on my credit card unless I wanted the product after trying them.
I called to complain and they said that I did not have to return the product, but was charged half of the cost for keeping the product.
I did not think it was a fair charge since it had never been explained to me that I would be charged and the product sent to me without a call to the company to say yes or no, that I wanted or did not want to continue using the product. I told them that the product made my face red and I did not want to use it. I was half of my money back instead of a full refund.
I feel this was some sort of a scam. I tried to call the company but the phone number was out of order. I called my credit card company and they have noted it on my account.
I would never recommend this company to any one.

Wow! I got a free trial of this cream & then was automatically charged a fee of $94.95, which I did NOT authorize!
The number associated with this company is not working & this is a scam! Report!

I was not aware this offer would eventually start pulling more Funds. I called back in 2017 informing the Company I didn't want the offer.
And wanted to STOP the trial run.
And they agreed to stop. But a few months later you started pulling from my account again.

Took $94.95 out of my acct. after I paid $4.95 for cream
I have never signed up for this and they took $95 from me

BOGUS COMPANY. DON'T FALL FOR IT. I GOT SUCKERED. THEY DRAIN
They promised a product that was not what it was portrayed to be. Then when you trying to call to find out what the *** is going on.
They've disconnected their phone number. Plus they are still trying to take more money from me.
Scam to bill credit card
I now have four charges on my credit card because they billed me for an item they enclosed that I didn't order. I ordered the trial size but it costs $94.93.
I finally got through to the customer service rep who gave me a hard time about cancelling all items. She kept telling me about special offers she could give me -- down to even 50% off.
However, I did get an email confirming the cancellations after I was charged close to $400 for their products that do not show any benefits different from a cheaper cream or lotion.
Their ads should be taken off the internet completely. I feel sorry for those who fell for their scam and cannot afford the almost one hundred dollar per ounce product that doesn't even work.
They also use the faces of the Shark Tank professional who supposedly bought into their products.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

I ordered one item for $4.95. I was also charged $1.99 for shipping, on a different transaction.
After 15 days, I was charged $94.95. Wholefull Youth says I agreed to this MONTHLY charge! I never saw anything in writing, on their advertisement, nor website, regarding a monthly transaction. This is simply a SCAM!
When I called to cancel the agreement, I was told there are no refunds!!! I never received more than the initial item.
That $4.95 "trial" offer turned into $101.89 charge to my credit card.
Another company pulling the same scam is PowerHealth (Site). Same monthly charge, after the initial "trial" item, with no warning that this is an ongoing agreement.
I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

I evidently gave my credit card # and ordered a free trial for $ 4.95 from this company, i got the package ,not knowing what it was inside,i let it set on the counter, a month later I received another package with a phone # i called the # immediately and found out I was being charged 94.95 on my card, i had no idea that I had agreed to receive it every month at $94.95 I called and the girl said I was cancelled and would get 161.40 back. i called again today,as i had sent the 2 packages back a few days ago, Insured, they got it , the next girl i talked to said it would be 2 weeks before i got a refund of 80.70, needless to say,i called my credit card and advised to not receive any more charges.
the girl hung up on me at Wholefull Youth.
Be very cautious with this company. you just lost your money,after 14 days if not cancelled,they" got you" Me, 189.90 charged,plus $4.95 for trial,plus 1.99 for ship.

Call your credit card customer service and report this scam. They got me too.
Only problem is I had to close down my credit card and get issued a new one.
Also never buy samples on line. Hope this is helpful.
