Dishonest 'Family' Company
I was asked to pay money upfront for the summer camp before being given the application and unaware of any cancellation policy. I attempted to cancel for unforeseen circumstances and they refused to refund me even though I wasn't made aware of their cancellation policy and never signed anything agreeing to it.
Very disappointing way to handle a simple situation.
Nothing short of a scam, now I am out $200 because the company and owner are greedy and ignorant. I wouldn't put my trust in this company ever again, they have everything backwards when it comes to paperwork and payments.
