Quality decrease
As a long time consumer I question what has happened to the Whitman's sampler package. The candy is less the quality is less the package is cheap but the price has gone way up.
Seems you are more concerned about profit than product. Dissapointing

Missing candy
Bought a Whitmans chocolate Sampler at my local CVS in Millville, NJ for mywife on Valentines day. She opened it & candy was missing. Please advise.

I gave a box of Whitmans Assorted Candy to an elderly Couple and when I opened the sealed box, there were 2 pieces of candy missing!! We couldnt figure out how this could happen! See attached photo!!
Preferred solution: A box of Whitman’s Assorted Chocolates without missing pieces of candy!!

My husband gave me a Whitman sampler heart 10.3 ounce box of Candy I was excited to receive Whitman sampler I normally love it !!! I was so so disappointed when I opened it!!!
There was80% dark chocolate!! Normally Whitman has mostly milk chocolate my favorite!!!

I would just like to let you know that my family has been a lover of the Whitmans sampler chocolates for many years. Weve purchased your chocolates for many occasions as well as just because we wanted to taste some good quality chocolates.
I have to say were VERY disappointed with the new packaging, theres only half of what was in the box before and with an increase price of $3.00!!!
Were sure were not the only consumers who have noticed this, we noticed the change right away!!! Were so disappointed in the decreased quantity, that we will not be purchasing any more of Whitmans/Russell Stouffers chocolates in the future!!!

Preferred solution: Want company to change Whitman’s packaging back to the way it was/reduce price. A $3 increase for half the product is unacceptable! If company doesn’t realize their greediness, then my family will never purchase another Whitman’s product in the future!!!

Could not find the expiration date on box of sugar free sampler.
No complaint. Called to find out where the expiration date should be on a box of sugar free sampler.
I would like to have some coupons and/or free samples n the sugar free candy if you have them.

can't read expiration date? I'm diabetic and candy was received as a gift!

I was promised a coupon for my bed box of chocolates on February 14 I still havent received it now Im told that their coupons that came in didnt work right and they dont know when they can send me one what kind of crap company is this? Its Stovers I thought.
I told my husband not to buy Stovers or Whitmans anymore.
The chocolate was horrible all white and melted and tasted bad. He feels bad because it was a valentine gift

I received a box of Whitman's Sampler from my neighbor as a Christmas gift. I hadn't eaten many when I discovered MOLD on the bottom of some.
I do not want a refund as I am not supposed to eat sugary sweets anyway .... so it was a gift to stop me.
You might consider for people like me ... to eliminate sugar and switch to pure honey so we could enjoy your product. (I'm over 90 years old so I'm very careful ....THANK YOU ...

Lack of product
bought a whitman sampler all dark choc and low and behold I could hardly find the candy for the wrapping .!!!!pieces are so small I didn't know I had a piece in mouth when I thought did I or didn't I have a piece of candy?If you must raise the price some do it,but stop shrinking the size of the candy. to the point you have to wonder if I had some or not..

VERY dissatisfied with this candy! I haven’t bought this candy in many years and only bought it because it was on sale.
When I opened it there was hardly any candy in there and the candy that was in there was microscopic! Never again!
