Could not find the expiration date on box of sugar free sampler.

No complaint. Called to find out where the expiration date should be on a box of sugar free sampler. I would like to have some coupons and/or free samples n the sugar free candy if you have them.

Complaint

I would just like to let you know that my family has been a lover of the Whitmans sampler chocolates for many years. Weve purchased your chocolates for many occasions as well as just because we wanted to taste some good quality chocolates. I have to say were VERY disappointed with the new packaging, theres only half of what was in the box before and with an increase price of $3.00!!! Were sure were not the only consumers who have noticed this, we noticed the change right away!!! Were so disappointed in the decreased quantity, that we will not be purchasing any more of Whitmans/Russell Stouffers chocolates in the future!!!

Preferred solution: Want company to change Whitman’s packaging back to the way it was/reduce price. A $3 increase for half the product is unacceptable! If company doesn’t realize their greediness, then my family will never purchase another Whitman’s product in the future!!!

Candy looks odd?

can't read expiration date? I'm diabetic and candy was received as a gift! It appears like white powdered on some of the pieces. It is a Sugar Free Whitman's Sampler. The Bar Code # 0767********. There is a # inside lid that reads:906768/907768 **** I'm elderly and do not do computers! Please send me a fresh box of candy. Nila Metzler 951-205-****

I was promised a coupon for my bed box of chocolates on February 14 I still havent received it now Im told that their coupons that came in didnt work right and they dont know when they can send me one what kind of crap company is this? Its Stovers I thought. I told my husband not to buy Stovers or Whitmans anymore. The chocolate was horrible all white and melted and tasted bad. He feels bad because it was a valentine gift

I received a box of Whitman's Sampler from my neighbor as a Christmas gift. I hadn't eaten many when I discovered MOLD on the bottom of some.

I do not want a refund as I am not supposed to eat sugary sweets anyway .... so it was a gift to stop me. You might consider for people like me ... to eliminate sugar and switch to pure honey so we could enjoy your product. (I'm over 90 years old so I'm very careful ....THANK YOU ... I DO NOT WANT A REPLY .... AND BLESS YOU FOR LISTENING TO ME.MAKE A NON SUGAR PRODUCT
