The pharmacy on 14th street was very rude
- - Appointment 11:50; pickup around 7 pm.
- - Called multiple times; ~40 min on hold; no answer.
- - Returned about 5:30; told it would be 30 more minutes.
I went to my doctors appointment at 11:50 I had to wait until just bout 7pm to picking it up I called one time was place on hold for bout forty minutes no one came back to the phone then I called two more never spoke to anyone I returned about five thirty since I couldnt get I touch on the phone I was told it still gonna be thirty more minutes and they will get to it when they do!
They made me feel like I was trash and my health was low priority I never felt that way before there and I hope that will be the last time!
