I went to the car wash location of 1951 Spring Stuebner Rd Spring TX 77388. I got a subscription to this car wash because of the good intersection with manager Brandon and other employees such as Isaac, Demaria, etc.

On the day of 04/24/2025, around 8:30 AM, I had an employee that her name was probably AJ (Please send an email for full pictures and videos).

She was very rude to me, she yelled at me and gave me very bad looks. I did my car wash and I left.

On the day of 05/01/2025, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, I had the same employee yell at me and give me a bad look. This time, I did my car wash and I asked employee Demaria about the manager. He told me that he was going to be at the location in a little bit.

At that time, this rude employee came up, took a picture of me and took a picture of the car. I told her to not do such bad behavior. She said she was going to call the police. She indeed called the police, and she told me that I had to leave immediately.

I got so angry about this poor interaction. As the police came up, I told them what had happened, and they told them to call the manager and contact the car wash about this irregular behavior.

I feel that this employee fully disrespected her customers on two consecutive occasions. I think this employee should be disciplined accordingly.

The feedback about this interaction is going to determine if Im going to continue my business with this car wash.

As I contacted the corporate office and the mentioned location, I decided to end my membership with this business. Please refund the current charges, or most likely going to end up with a dispute.

Loss $200 ? Their memberships are $39.99 premium or $34.99 deluxe a month.

First month $19.99.

How many months did you buy? If you cancel you would have to deduct the regular non-membership cost of two individual car washes from what you paid.
