I need your urgent assistance regarding my case I brought water cooler dispenser from your company last 17 August 2018 and the guarantee is one year only ,your product is very expensive but when I trust your big brand for lone time using it .but now im very disappointed as the cooler suddenly is stoped cooling the water and I thought it will be simple disadvantage ,I really surprised and shocked when I called the customer service of the maintenance store and they info motor burnet

Fridge freezer that doesn't freeze....

Bought a new fridge freezer from our local guy in Hong Kong. Unfortunately the freezer won't freeze anything - we had to pay for a call out from White Westinghouse despite it was within a week of purchase. Turns out that the company knows it won't freeze anything and seem to think that this is reasonable. It's a manual defrost unit so ices up so every 6 to 8 weeks & needs to be completely emptied and defrosted. If we hadn't wanted that we should have bought an auto defrost unit according to their useful support team. Now we've discovered that if you place anything close to the back of the fridge it does actually freeze it.... so a platter of steaks for dinner last week were partially frozen & partially still fresh. Great for a bit of food poisoning!! Beware of anything from this company or their customer service!!
