Money for returned item not refunded
Hello On December 23rd I returded 2 parcels to you via the Evri locker at Niks service station in Newport Shropshire
The money for one of the parcels (order 6163****) containing pyjama top and legging has been refunded (£44.80)
The second parcel (order 6163****) contained Annie Jersey Nightie £39.00 Paid for on card ending ...7718 has not been refunded
Please could you follow this up and activate a refund as you should have recieved it by now
I took a photo of the QR codes for the returns at the drop off I can forward these to you if necessary
