I ordered the blue pastel boots size 5.5 on October 7, 2025, at 7:14 a.m. Later that night, I got an email saying the boots were not in stock.

I requested a refund; I was told it would take 1 to 7 business days. The email sent to me said your refund of $60.92 has been initiated back to my card ending in 9094. Then it said another team member would follow up with another email, but that never happened.

My bank denied my dispute because the refund was never issued. I'm going to small claims court and filed a lawsuit against the company White Market SHOP for the lawsuit amount of $60.92, plus the $25.00 filing fee, plus $200 for the distress that I'm under because I can't speak to anyone, and the company is not responding to my emails or by phone, which has been unsuccessful.

The company sent me an email stating my refund was initiated back on my card and I never received the refund. Im on my way to small claims court and file a lawsuit suit the 60.92 the price of the item which was blue pastel boots size 5.5 the 25.00 for the filing fee and 200 for the distress the the company put me in. Today is business day 8. You will lose the “distress” claim.

It has to be legally significant. It has to significantly have disrupted your life AND it must be provable in how this disruption occurred.

$60 boots don’t meet that criteria. But thanks for the laugh.
