No haven’t heard anything from them
I sent a scanner to Whistler at the end of August and still have not heard anything back from them. The numbers I have tried calling will not go through.
Preferred solution: We sent it back to get it fixed & haven’t heard anything. Either fix it or refund our money

My backup camera WBU-800 does not charge with intial charge
WBU-800 Backup camera wouldnt charge with usb cord. It doesnt seem to go into the camera assembly all the way and power button does not light up. Installed it anyway and it has 1 bar since day 1
