Hard to believe
- - A maid on payroll uses the Corporate Apts. as her own for weekends with her boyfriend.
- - She is described as always drunk and staggering.
Its so difficult to believe that someone with a small amount of say so would allow a Maid on payroll to use the Corporate Apts. as their own for them and boyfriend every weekend.
She is always drunk and staggering and I don't understand why she would be trusted to do so. Does Management know and approve of this?

Horrible this year
- - Rent increased after new management.
- - Maintenance slow or unresponsive.
- - Water bill error not reimbursed.
- - Breaking lease is expensive; I want to move.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Since they've brought in new management last year, my rent has increased, maintenance takes forever to tend to emergencies or don't tend to them at all, the office manager could care less if your apartment was burning down.
It's just horrible. They made a mistake on our water bills and still haven't reimbursed us!
I can't wait to move out! If it wasn't so expensive to break my lease, I'd move today!

Landlord holds tenant accountable for black mold damages
- - Black mold grew in a Whisperwood apartment and remediation was attempted.
- - Management refused to terminate the lease and charged thousands of dollars.
This summer black mold grew in my apartment in Whisperwood and I went through the steps to get it properly remediated. Despite failing to properly remediate the mold issue and my attempt in accordance with the Lease Contract, the management of Whisperwood refused to let me terminate my lease and instead charged me a lot of money to terminate the lease - stating that I had terminated it early.
They came after me for thousands of dollars. I'm pretty sure they did this because they knew they could get away with it - the cost for me to hire an attorney to go after them would far outweigh whatever I might get in return.
