Whisky Cask Scam- Hugely over priced scam
Whisky Cask Club in Singapore contacted me about buying a cask of Scottish whisky. I had seen an advert on Instagram and it looked interesting.
However once they called me, well hard sales tactics really isn't the word. It left me feeling nervous. I did some digging and the CEO Alexander Knight is a known fraudster and was involved in a real estate scam.
The are also pricing their casks of whisky at a massive mark up which leaves you in a pickle when it comes to sell your whisky. After speaking to another company they told me to avoid Whisky Cask Club at all costs.
