Missing and wrong items

The last order was the wrong item. Today's order did not reach me. It is very difficult to reach a live person in the restaurant, and if you leave a message, no one gets back to you.

I am not able to get my points when I purchase food. I have been trying to contact someone for months regarding this problem and am still unable to resolve the issue.

Poor quality of food and rude manager

They had no ice in the store, but sold us the drink at full retail I called the store. Got the manager. And he was absolutely ignorantly rude.

Unable to load my points

I love the sandwiches, but the corporate customer service is not good. Its called several times to handle matters and you dont get to speak to anyone. Its always a recording and my matter is not handled.

I placed an online order for 3 sandwiches and the receipt started they would be ready for pickup at 7:29pm. I arrived at the Kyle, Texas store on FM 1626 at 7:25 pm and the store was locked.

Please understand that the hours listed on the door shows that they close at 8 pm. The store manager had closed early at 7 pm, so they have defrauded me out of $35.

As employees have been observed vaping in the kitchen in the past. Consideration for cancelling this franchise may be wise.

Hi, I made an order for delivery and it never got to me. The delivery driver's phone number was out of service.

I called the location and informed them that the order was never received, and they informed me to call Grubhub. I called them, and they told me to call the location. I called the location, and they told me to call Grubhub or the website because they can't do anything about it, or they can make another order, making me pay more money. My order number is 344335****307****.

I want to request a refund because I never received my order. Also, the location told me to contact Grubhub again.

The phone number for Which Wich is for franchise and there is no phone number for customer service, and the 'Contact Us' on the Which Wich website does not work. I have never had

App problems

My app will not work to scan the receipt properly, I went to the owner of the local establishment and they could not help me either. They gave me a phone number that went to a development number.

I went on this app and got the same response. It advertises as customer service, but it is not.

No one ever reached out…not even the supervisor

I ordered a milkshake at 3:28, waited until nearly 4pm, and was told there was no ice cream and that they had no manager present to issue a refund. I left because I had a 4pm appointment across the street to service my car.

However, that appointment was cancelled, and I came back around 4:15 and was told the manager was not coming in, and she had communicated to them that a refund could not be issued because they found ice cream. I stated it had been an hour since I ordered, and I wanted a refund. My number was taken so the manager could call me, as it was stated she was not coming to the store. I waited another 10-15 minutes and received no call.

I was able to locate my receipt and requested that the one staff person who had been working open the register and return my money. They would need to address the refund/shortage of the drawer on their time and not treat customers like this.

Preferred solution: Apology and better support at this location as this was poor leadership by the manager.
