Wow I cannot stress how rude these ppl are ordered a sofa and love seat asked the guy if they delivered in my area and he said yes for a charge of 70 dollars called back the next day bc I did not recieve my receipt for my initial purchase and also to find out when my items were supposed to be delivered bc the gentleman told me he would call me back early the next morning and talked to a man and lady who were rude and said the guy was new and I would need to talk to him about him giving me the wrong charged price for shipping I was told it would be 150 for the delivery and that they would not do anything for me the lady told me that could get the new guy to call me back and I asked what would that accomplish because the guy was new she said uh idk I told her it would prolong and refund and waste time she was rude and said what do u want to accomplish in a smug tone and I said I'd just like to get a refund this was thursday of last week and I have yet to get the refund and when I called today they said oh I did it myself and I tried asking a question and was left talking as they hung the phone up on me please do not buy from this company they are not friendly and don't care about you period!

I ordered the Ryder sectional which I really like. Two of the cushions were incorrect but I fixed them on my own.

I really liked the staff but they didn't follow thru. I was going to order a bedroom but with thier lack of follow up, I guess I will pass. If they would have just fixed the cushions, they would have gotten another big order from me. Hate to say it but be warned.

Again, couch is really nice, not comfortable but looks great and price right on. I had planned on a positive review, hopefully they will follow thru

the women who I talked to even called me a *** and hung up on me for complaining about not getting my bedroom set so I still don't have it and they still have my money !!horrible place!!

Bought furniture, delivered next day, price was a little suspect but it was all legit. Highly recommend.

Sorrey you are having to read all this but bottom line good place to get furniture for a good price. Ok still not enough words. cheap, Cheap.

Cheap...Delivery was very personable. Went to th dollar store next door they were nice too.

I ordered a bedset for my daughter. They delivered the wrong headboard, so the delivery guy took it back.

They assured me they'd send me the correct headboard or give me a refund the next day. It has now been 1 1/2 years of them not calling me back and not honoring what they said. Today, I was told there was new management and there was just nothing they could do. I feel like they stole from me.

All I wanted was a headboard or a partial refund.

This isn't right!!! Under new management should mean better service, not worse service!

I placed an order on 12/10/12 for $1001 that included a sofa and dining set. I was told shipping would take place with in 2 weeks.

After several calls Macs said their shipping truck was broken and for 3 weeks I was told it would ship next week. 1 month later I asked for a refund it has been 3 weeks w/o rcving refund or return phone calls. they say the sent the payment twice but it was never rcvd.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. This provider should be taken to court for theft of services and funds.

Walked into the store and was pleased that they greeted, but the owner of the Santa Paula location was rude, asked on pricing and she would mark up price, not offering what she had posted as her sales, 60% off or no sales tax, then iteams marked as priced including pieces she would say didn't include in the price. I asked to set up a mattress in a empty bed frame an her response was that it fitted.

No service at all, I would not recommend. Hate too see a loco store fail maybe with the post will change the next persons experience.

purchased a couch from their website and for starters I was double charged. 640.00 x 2!

Then I call and e-mail them to inform them that I was double charged on a Monday when I purchased the furniture. The employee on the phone says her manager will be in on Friday-ish and can refund me my money to my bank account. After a short pause I say that is unacceptable. She then says she will contact her manager and get back to me that day by 1730.

I never received a phone call. So I called back the next day and she has the same lack of caring attitude about MY MONEY, we'll refund it when we get to it.

Also, I have not received a shipping notice, telephone call or e-mail about when my furniture will arrive. I feel like I've been robbed and I can't do anything but take it.

If I don't get a call by Friday I am contacting them, my bank and then the police. Mac Furniture Sucks!

I found their prices and service were the best I have seen in a long time. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Was a little worried that the quality might not be there because of the incredibly low prices but the bedroom set was real wood and my sofa and loveseat are very comfortable. Some of the other stores I visited were really junk and not very good selection but here the selection fit my taste very well. will definitely be back and recomend others to this store.

Athere delivery guy was very nice also. will shop there again.
