Wheelmax - *** customer service
I was trying to order some wheels from the webpage, it said I needed to make contact. So when I made contact asking about the wheels, I was told they were out of stock and I should just choose different wheels. At which point I responded to the email asking if they would be back in stock. I never received a reply. So I sent out another email with all of the information listed on the webpage and I was told that they do not see that information on their computer. I will not be spending almost $5000 on a wheel and tire package through this company because of the horrible customer service. Also, remove wheels that are not in stock on your webpage. If you do not plan on restocking them.

User's recommendation: I recommend buying wheels and tires from a different supplier due to the horrible *** customer service, and unavailability of wheels.

I was trying to order some wheels that are apparently out of stock, and when I asked about that I was told to find other wheels to order. So then I responded with will these wheels be back in stock soon? There was never a reply for that answer. So I sent another email out with all of the information listed on the webpage about the wheels asking if they would be restocked, the answer was, I do not see these wheels in my database. Again, no direct answers to my question. I will not be spending almost $5000 with wheelMax because of the horrible customer service.

User's recommendation: I would shop for wheels and tire packages from another place. The customer service here is horrible.

Wheelmax sucks.....

I purchased rims from wheelmax...after several failed online attempts I called in my order...the person to process the order was busy and was supposed to call me back.....never called me back. First red flag. So I called back wanting to give Wheelmax my business...big mistake. I place an order for 4 rims....rims only. My money was deducted from my email to verify my order or tracking #.... Red flag #2. After a week and a half of no news...I called...I got the run around...but my wheel should arrive mid week. Mid week 5pm I call n talk to Andrew ..Again. and again he lied...he didn't know who told me Id get my wheels Wednesday and was shook when I said it was him....again. Asked for tracking # and was told I'd be called or emailed...I said id call back by the end of the day if I didn't receive an email...he told me NO, not to call back they would contact phone I call back to someone different who explained how they messed up and finally after two weeks they will ship my wheels to me.......still no tracking info. This place is a joke... customer service only lies and says sorry.. I am high dissatisfied.. wish I had spent my money elsewhere. So I'm driving on a bent rim until these *** decided to ship my wheels.... Never buy from them.

TPMS valves don't work and wrong tire size recommendation

Purchased set of 4 wheels and tires for about $2,100 for my Lexus ISF. Sales rep calls and says they don't have the right sized tires in the combo package I selected (from their menu of choices) and the right ones are an additional $250 more. I said ok. I get the set 3 weeks later. Put them on, the tires rubs my fenders and the TPMS valves don't register. Call sales rep and he refused to refund me the $200 I spent on the valves, or admit the tire size is wrong. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase items from this company. The packages might look cheaper but there is no recourse (unless I sue them in small claim court) from these online wheel shops if they screw up your order. Save yourself the headache and go to a brick and mortar shop.

Bad install

I was a customer at your shop 2 Saturdays ago I bought a set of used rims and tires that where un mounted and re mounted by geo . .. I went there because I had a bad vibration because a TPMS sensor popped loose from being mounted in wrong spot on rim and hit with tire when re mounting on the rim.. Geo told me I needed an alignment ( wrong ) Custom wheel had to un mount and re mount all 4 wheels and place the sensors in the correct spot . Geo placed them next to valve stem . They are supposed to be mounted opposite of valve stem . Geo Road forced and supposedly everything was fine ( not the case ) there is a bad tire which was also causing the vibration as well as the popped sensor that was rolling around in my tire . I think someone needs a bit of education . It also took him 6 hours to un mount 4 wheels put TPMS sensors and bands on and re mount . as he’s telling me he has never worked on factory ford TPMS sensors with bands. And this is what the tech found in my right front tire ( see pictures ) I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this with you . as I had to pay another $85 to fix your techs mistake . I am certain you don’t run a business like that or condone this kind of workman ship . Thank for your time
