No feedback at ALL for a black diamond member

Before I proceed with this horrible situation i must say i really like and respect the staff and generally always had a great time at the casino but this has been a terrible managment debacle...so on 1/1/2024 i had a very unpleasant experience at wheeling downs and casino where i was 100% fasley accused by another customer of being disrespectful but instead of focusing on the actual event i would like to redirect attention on what hasn't happened, not one call back,not one email,just silence from managment,(kim Florence and mike mudrick)even after i spoke to both and both said they would look into the issue and get back with me,(which mike must of have looked into it briefly because immediately he reduced property expulsion)although never receiving any follow-up i did reach backout to each of them more than several times which i was actually lucky enough to catch mike mudrick in which ONE conversation ,WHICH led to mike telling me that instead of me being banned for a year it would now be reduced to a month,although today would have been a month ive still been denied access to the same establishment that I invested a great deal of time and money in ,im sure alot has to do with guilt of standing behind and supporting a team member,which as a business owner i can relate but had ANY EFFORT been put forward in looking into the situation they would have seen they have a rogue security team member that they are negligently supporting, so now again getting no replies from either ,and before i proceed with exploring options with a consumer protection rights lawyer i would like to let any corporate members that may actually be interested in this unjustly expulsion matter being corrected well i would encourage any and all correspondence Thank you sincerely Kevin Dickey

User's recommendation: Don't think because you've never had a problem at the casino doesn't mean they value you, and you can definitely be banned for no reason and managment with not care no matter how loyal you are,,,,,utterly astonishing won't reach

If you’re going to post a complaint on a third party site for everyone to see, you should most definitely focus on the event. In detail.

The management staff is NEVER going to address specifics or speak or put in writing anything. Me reading your post doesn’t know if a drunk woman collided into you and you said watch the f where you’re going or if It was a 10 minute verbal assault fueled with your “Do you know who I am?

I’m a Black Diamond member” bravado. You’re not going to win any support so go hire that lawyer, who will never take your case unless you shell out big time fees.

Sounds to me like you might know someone,,, like the rogue security officer knew someon,,,,,So you can understand ill try and explain the real problem for you.......that being no matter what the issue may be,a loyal customer deserves some kind of feedback from someone,no response is almost a guilty response and trust they obviously knew where disfunction lies but I'm sure its hard to a body to fill that position

The only thing they owe you is fulfillment of a perk request you earned though their reward program. Nothing else.

If you feel you are in the right then risk it and hire an attorney. They aren’t going to help you.
