Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I purchased a whall 12 qt touchscreen air fryer for Whall store thru Walmart.com,I ordered it Feb 2 2025,received it and it was missing a part for it ,I contacted the company only to get the run around ,bad emails addresses promises that something was going to be done but here it is Feb 23 and I still haven't got a results.All I'm asking for is the missing part I even tied to go online and order it but cant find it ,I was told.i would hear from someone a few days ago and haven't heard anything the product has a warranty they aren't even honoring .Walmart did try to help me but their hands were tied too.Please help me.They don't have a customer service phone number
