Physically Assaulted Customer Without Warning
- - A door bouncer assaulted me and I was removed with no warning.
- - I experienced distress and public humiliation and plan to pursue legal remedies.
Was physically assaulted by a door bouncer last night and removed from premises without any provocation and without any warning. I was never verbally warned or asked to leave premises prior to the physical assault; The door person in question appeared to be a 5'10'' African American; he was upset at me due to a dispute in the pizza line next door.
I have undergone emotional distress, public humiliation and physical assault. I plan to pursue all legal remedies available at law against the establishment and individual involved. If you want a customer to leave your establishment, you can verbally explain that to him.
It is unacceptable to physically assault someone without warning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACES RUTHLESS EMPLOYEES!
